1. Who is responsible
Mikkel Mynderup, operating CoinMemo, is responsible for the personal data handled for this website. Contact: official@coinmemo.app.
This notice covers coinmemo.app and emails about this website. It doesn't cover separate apps or websites that we may link to.
2. What data is handled
- Website visits: hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
- Contact emails: if you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message, and attachments. Please only include information needed for your enquiry.
This website has no registration, payment, or upload forms. We don't add advertising trackers or analytics to its pages.
3. Why we use it
We use contact information to answer your questions and handle requests. Technical information helps deliver the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems. These activities are based on our legitimate interests in communicating with visitors and maintaining a secure, working website.
We may also process information where needed to meet a legal obligation. We don't use website data to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Security cookies
Cloudflare may set security cookies, such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance, to detect bots and manage security checks. These aren't advertising cookies. The __cf_bm cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
See Cloudflare's cookie information for details. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking security cookies may affect access to the website.
5. Service providers
We use OpenAI Sites for hosting, Cloudflare for domain and website security services, and Google Workspace for email. These providers handle data needed to deliver their services. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect legal rights.
Providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy information and data processing terms explain their processing and international transfer safeguards: OpenAI, Cloudflare, and Google Workspace.
6. How long data is kept
We keep contact correspondence for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your enquiry, resolve relevant issues, or meet legal obligations, then delete it when no longer needed. Technical logs and security cookies follow the relevant provider's retention rules and service settings.
7. Your choices and rights
Where applicable under data protection law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email official@coinmemo.app to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity.
You may complain to your local data protection authority. In Denmark, you can contact Datatilsynet.
